once a order has been processed and dispatched it is non refundable and no returns.
we do not accept returns for
* change of mind
*incorrect product selection
*used or open products
*allergic reactions
LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order is confirmed lost in transit we will replace the item. lost items will need to be recorded witin a 7 day time frame, and proof of lost item will be needed.
if you received a damaged item this needs to be addressed within 24 hours , evidence and proof will need to be shown.
